Official Rules for Redwood Logistics Bracket Challenge for External Customers, Prospects & Partners

  • Purpose: The Redwood Logistics Bracket Challenge (the “Bracket Challenge”) is a sweepstakes open to Redwood Logistics’ eligible external partners, customers and prospects who participate in Redwood’s bracket via CBS Sports and will become eligible for a variety of prizes.

  • Sponsor: The Bracket Challenge is sponsored by Redwood Logistics, LLC ("Redwood Logistics"). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by CBS Sports, CBS Interactive Inc., or the NCAA.
  • Eligibility: The Bracket Challenge is open to customers, prospects, and partners of Redwood Logistics who are at least 21 years of age and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Redwood Logistics, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible . Void where prohibited by law.
  • How to Enter: Participants must submit a bracket via CBS Sports no later than 12:00 PM ET on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Participation in the CBS Sports platform is subject to CBS Sports' own terms and conditions. Once submitted, brackets are final and cannot be edited.
  • Contest Period: The contest begins when brackets open on March 16th, 2026 at 6:00 PM EST and concludes at the end of the NCAA Tournament Championship Game on April 6, 2026.
  • Scoring: Brackets are scored using the CBS Sports standard scoring system plus seed bonus. Points are awarded for each correctly predicted winning team, with higher point values assigned to later rounds. See the scoring table above for the full point breakdown. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the participant whose Championship game prediction was submitted earliest.
  • Prizes:
    • 1st Place (Highest Score): Tech Bundle — iPad Pro® + AirPods Max® (approximate retail value: $1,548 

    • 2nd Place: YETI® Sports Fan Bundle — YETI® Tundra Haul Cooler + 4x 20oz Ramblers + 2x 36oz Chug Water Bottles (approximate retail value: $710)
    • 3rd Place: Wellness Bundle — $500 Oura® Gift Card
    • Worst Bracket (Lowest Score among participants who submitted a complete bracket): $100 Gift Card
    • Random Drawings (3 winners selected at random from all eligible participants): $50 Gift Card each
    • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Redwood Logistics reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner is unable to accept a prize due to company policy, Redwood Logistics will donate the estimated prize value to a 501(c)(3) charity of the winner's choosing.
  • Winner Determination & Notification: Winners will be determined based on final CBS Sports bracket scores at the conclusion of the Championship Game on April 6, 2026. Winners will be notified directly via the contact information used to register for the challenge within five (5) business days of the conclusion of the tournament. Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Odds of winning. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible participants.
  • Limitations on Number of Entries and Prizes: No more than 5 entries per eligible participant will be permitted. Only one prize will be awarded per eligible winner.
  • Conditions: By entering, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Redwood Logistics, which are final and binding. Redwood Logistics reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these rules or acting in bad faith or fraud. Redwood Logistics is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate entries, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Privacy: Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment.
  • Limitations of Liability and Release: Participants agree to release and hold Redwood Logistics, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Bracket Challenge, including without limitation, personal injury and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Participants understand that they are providing their contact information to Redwood.

Official Rules for Redwood Logistics Bracket Challenge for Redwood Logistics Team Members

  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase does not increase chance of winning.

  • Purpose: The Redwood Team Office Challenge (the “Office Challenge”) is a sweepstakes open to Redwood Logistics’ eligible employees who participate in Redwood’s bracket via CBS Sports who will become eligible for a variety of prizes.

  • Eligibility: The internal bracket competition is open to all active full-time and part-time employees of Redwood Logistics. Contractors, vendors, and temporary workers are not eligible. Employees must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
  • How to Enter: Employees must submit their bracket via CBS Sports no later than 12:00 PM ET on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Once submitted, brackets are final and cannot be edited. Employees may submit up to three brackets per CBS Sports platform rules, however only the highest-scoring bracket per employee will be counted for internal prize purposes.
  • Internal Office Challenge vs. External Bracket Challenge: Redwood Logistics employees are not eligible for the external prizes offered to customers, prospects, and partners under the Bracket Challenge. The internal Office Challenge has its own prize structure as outlined below.
  • Prizes:
    • 1st Place (Highest Score): $150 Gift Card 
    • 2nd Place: $100 Gift Card
    • 3rd Place: $75 Gift Card
    • Last Place (Lowest Score among participants who submitted a complete bracket): $50 Gift Card
    • Just for Entering (3 winners drawn at random from all employees who submit a complete bracket): $25 Gift Cards each
      • The random $25 gift card drawings will be conducted regardless of bracket performance — every employee who submits a complete bracket is automatically entered.
  • Scoring: Brackets are scored using the CBS Sports standard scoring system plus seed bonus as outlined in the scoring table above. In the event of a tie for any prize position, the winner will be determined by whose Championship game prediction was submitted earliest.
  • School Spirit Contest: Separately from the bracket competition, all employees are eligible to enter the School Spirit Contest by submitting a photo in team gear or school colors via Microsoft Form by March 12th, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible photo submissions to receive one (1) additional PTO day. This contest is open to all employees regardless of whether they submit a bracket.
  • Winner Notification: Internal winners will be announced company-wide via email the week of April 6, 2026. Gift cards will be distributed within 14 business days of the announcement.

  • Conduct: Participation is subject to Redwood Logistics' standard workplace conduct policies. Any employee found to be manipulating scores, using unauthorized means to gain an advantage, or acting in a manner inconsistent with company values may be disqualified.
